We know solar.
We help established businesses in the South West put solar on their roofs with nothing to pay upfront, then buy the power for less than they pay the grid today.
£0upfront.
A funding partner pays for, installs, owns and maintains the panels. You buy the electricity they produce at a fixed price below what you pay now. No capital expenditure, nothing to maintain.

We do the legwork: finding out whether your roof works, what it would save and who should fund it. You decide at every stage whether to go on.
Read the detail-
01
We assess your roof
We look at your roof's size, orientation, condition and structure, alongside your electricity bills and when in the day you use power.
-
02
We model the savings
You get a plain-English model: system size, expected generation, how much you'd use on site and what you'd save each year against your current tariff.
-
03
A funder installs it
We introduce you to a funding partner who designs, pays for and installs the system, then owns and maintains it for the length of the agreement.
-
04
You pay less for power
You buy the electricity your roof generates at an agreed price below your grid price, usually for 15 to 25 years. Whatever the panels don't cover still comes from the grid as normal.
Estimate your roof.

Assumptions used
- Roof needed per kWp 5.5 m² per kWp
- Generation 950 kWh per kWp a year
- Solar used on site 85% used on site
- Solar price 25% below grid price
- Grid price if you give yearly spend 25p per kWh
- Regional adjustment Small, indicative
Under a funded agreement, electricity you don't use usually goes to the grid and isn't counted here. Savings in later years depend on how grid prices move.
Big roofs. Busy days.
Funded solar works best where a large roof sits above a business that uses most of its power in daylight hours.
- Warehouses
- Manufacturers
- Food producers
- Cold storage
- Farms
- Garden centres
- Car dealerships
- Retail parks
- Commercial landlords
A good site usually has
- A large roofRoughly 750 m² or more of usable roof, enough for about 150 kWp.
- Daytime demandHigh electricity use during working hours, when the panels are producing.
- The right to the roofYou own the building, or your landlord consents.
- An established businessFunders look at trading history, as with any long agreement.
- Any roof conditionAn older roof isn't a dealbreaker. A replacement can often be included in the funding.
